I led product design across the mobile app and connected web services. Assessments, emotional tracking, live coaching, messaging, and premium support had to feel like parts of the same service, not separate features.

A client in the betting and gaming sector had acquired an esports product and needed other operators to be able to rebrand and resell it. Players had to understand the entry cost, possible winnings, and coin value before joining a tournament.

Tour 2000 did not start from a blank slate. The client already had a live product, detailed documentation, and a clear direction for the new portal. I began by studying that material and identifying where the structure and technical approach needed work.

As Founding Designer, I worked with marketing and leadership on the website, campaigns, print, event material, and recruiting communication. The company was growing from a startup into a larger software factory, and its public identity needed to grow with it.

I redesigned an existing crew tool around a new structure while keeping the patterns cabin crews already relied on. The hard part was improving complex in-flight flows without asking crews to relearn familiar tasks during service.

Margy started as my own problem. After years of pizza courses and experiments at home, I had recipes on paper, dough calculations in Excel, standalone calculators, and too much left to memory. Each tool helped with one part of the session. None followed the whole process.

This case study covers several partner portals built over multiple years, first for Alitalia and later for ITA Airways. During the transition, I worked with agencies, product teams, and stakeholders to turn new print-first brand guidelines into accessible digital patterns.
