A single product experience across onboarding, tracking, coaching, and conversion

Product overview

Be Our Best is not a standalone wellbeing app. It is the front door to a coaching-led service.

Assessments, emotional tracking, live coaching, messaging, and premium support all work as one product experience rather than a stack of disconnected features.

Context / challenge

The challenge was bigger than interface polish. The product had to align business goals, marketing direction, and real coaching practice inside one credible service.

  • -Aligning product direction with client business goals
  • -Translating marketing strategy and copy into product decisions
  • -Integrating real coaching practices into a scalable digital service
Role

I joined early enough to shape the product before execution started.

  • -Conducted competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities
  • -Defined personas, user journeys, and key product flows
  • -Structured the overall product architecture across mobile apps and web platforms
Approach

That early work created alignment with the client and external partners before the build phase.

From there, I led the design work by turning product strategy, brand positioning, and marketing direction into a product people could understand and use with confidence.

Key outcome

The strongest outcome is the sense of continuity across the whole experience:

  • -Onboarding explains the value of the service
  • -Daily tracking feels calm and usable
  • -Coaching stays visible over time
  • -Premium conversion grows naturally from what users have already understood and experienced
System thinking

The work extended beyond the mobile app into a wider service ecosystem.

I designed for consistency across:

  • -Web platforms, including Salesforce-based portals
Result

The result is a product that feels aligned across touchpoints instead of fragmented from platform to platform.
